There are so much way to produce the stainless steel, however, making the hard billet into hollow pipe only can be gotten through Piercing Mill. Nowadays, Many piercing mill has been exported in India or South Asia, its production rolling principle is actually very simple, that is first heating the billets in high temperature in furnace, and then drive the hot billets with drive system of the piercing mill into between main roller and let rotating main roller with high rotating speed rolling the hard billets. As we all know, Heavy rolling force will be there when put the hard hot billet between two rotating main roller with high speed, and after the hot hard billets go through the main roller, then because of the heavy rolling force,  then the heavy rolling force coming from main roller will make core of billet hole. Then a hole aperture will be found inside of the hot hard billets. And then the hard hot billet with hole aperture will continue to move head to touch with the plug head, the plug head will be pushed to move ahead. And as the billet with hole aperture is still in high temperature, and before plug head moving, it also has been heated with high temperature, but because the moly head’s ahead is very strong and then the whole of plug head will go through of the billet through that hole aperture. With moving, the billets will be produced and rolling into a hollow pipes, and one hollow pipes has finished to produce.
